777ef Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and 777ef ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Access to and use of the 777ef website, mobile application and all associated services is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Account sharing is not permitted. Your 777ef account is personal to you and must not be used by or made accessible to any other individual, including family members.

4. Deposits and Payments

777ef accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All balances, bets and transactions on the platform are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by 777ef on standard deposits.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. 777ef processes JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals as a priority, typically completing these within minutes of the request being submitted, subject to verification checks.

Bank Transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times. 777ef is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks once the withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the platform.

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Outstanding verification requirements will pause withdrawal processing until completed. 777ef may request identity documents, proof of payment method ownership or other supporting information as part of the verification process.

Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw locked bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of request.
• 777ef reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified payment methods registered in the account holder's name.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 777ef offers bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives to registered members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all 777ef bonuses include:

7. Betting Rules

777ef offers sports betting markets covering cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI series, football, esports and other events. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant market settles.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with 777ef's rules for that specific market. Generally, if an event does not start within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and market availability. 777ef cannot guarantee the availability of live betting on all events at all times.
• 777ef reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a clear technical error in the odds display.
• Accumulator bets containing a voided selection will be recalculated based on the remaining selections.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

Regarding PSL and cricket markets specifically, 777ef offers pre-match and live markets including toss winner, match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs in powerplay, method of next wicket and more. Market availability varies by match and competition stage.

8. Casino and Games Rules

777ef's Live Casino, slots and fish games sections are governed by these Terms in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface. Key rules applicable to all casino and games products include:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by the physical outcome of live dealer actions. 777ef does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the game will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the server. Where a confirmed state is not available, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Playing fish games, slots or live casino tables using automated software, bots or any other non-human method is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• Maximum bet limits in live casino tables and slots are set by the game provider and displayed within the game. 777ef may impose additional limits at account level where required.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777ef platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, fraud or unauthorised use of payment methods.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets or exploit platform features.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or insider betting in connection with events offered on the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 777ef staff or other users in any communication channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

777ef reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct listed in Section 9.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate account review or closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 777ef will communicate with the account holder via the registered contact details. Funds in a suspended account will be held until the investigation is concluded. Where the investigation confirms a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 777ef support. Balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure, subject to no outstanding wagering requirements, will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
